The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup is held annually in Saalfelden Leogang in SalzburgerLand. Starting as a downhill World Cup venue, the Epic Bikepark Leogang has grown into a fixed venue for several double World Cups since 2010.
From June 05th – 08th, 2025, the UCI Mountain Bike World Series will once again make a stop in Austria’s largest bike region and spectacular races will take place in the cross-country, downhill and enduro formats.
As the first of only two triple-header events this season, and serving as the last of five consecutive race weekends, the Epic Bikepark Leogang will be the stage for four days of high-stakes competition as the various formats’ standings start to take shape.

Here are three Austrian cyclists ready for home advantage:
Vali Höll
The Saalbach native will be entering the competition on the back of back-to-back success. Höll will be in the pursuit of a downhill hattrick at Leogang, having previously won in 2023 and 2024. The 23-year-old is a three time world champion in the discipline. She currently sits 2nd in the women’s elite category behind Great Britain’s Tahnée Seagrave with one podium finish (2nd in Loudenvielle) so far this season.
Andreas Kolb
Andres Kolb returns to Leogang sitting at 15th in the men’s rankings. In 2023, the two-time European champion became the first Austrian man to win a downhill World Cup race at the venue. Without a top-10 finish this season, the 29-year-old will look to find a podium finish at Mountain Bike World Cup in SalzburgerLand.
Mona Mitterwallner
Fresh off a win in Nové Město, the Austrian star is currently placed 8th in the women’s leaderboard. A five times World Champion, nine times World Cup and five times National Champion, the 23-year-old is World Ranking 14 currently.
