On the sixth day of IPL 2021, RCB and SRH are going face to face as both teams intend to get a win and advance forward in the points table here at M Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

After Devdutt Padikkal’s early dismissal in the hands of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, RCB was really in need of a game-changer in terms of batting performance, Glenn Maxwell stepped up to the role at the right moment as he managed to revive the team from the depths of poor powerplay batting with his 59 runs off of 42 balls with 5 boundaries and 3 massive sixers.

During his innings, while he was batting against SRH’s T. Natarajan who was in good form with his bowling performance, Glenn Maxwell requested umpires for a chance to change his bat, but umpires denied his request to change bat in the middle of the over. Maxwell went for scoop boundary in the very next ball after umpires rejected his request.

Maxwell also completed his first half-century after 2016 today against SRH.
