Just like the last match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings which ended up with a washout in Match 13, rainfall yet again interfered in the RR vs MI clash.
The RR vs MI match became a short 11-over-per-side match due to the weather conditions. However, even with the reduced time frame, RR gave an outstanding performance to triumph over MI.
Rajasthan Royals Scored A Large Total
The opening pair of RR, namely Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, played aggressively with the bat against the MI bowling line-up. The batting duo enabled RR to score 150 runs for the loss of three wickets within 11 overs.
MI Could Not Reach Target
