Stray Kite Studios is all set to launch its new real-time strategy game, Wartorn, in early access from June 17, 2025. This game will be released only for Windows PC in the beginning. Console players will have to wait, as there is no official update for PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch versions.

PC-Only Launch Confirmed

At launch, Wartorn will be a PC exclusive, meaning you can’t play it on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, or Switch. But the good news is – its system requirements are not very high. So you might still be able to enjoy it on portable PCs like:

  • Steam Deck
  • Asus ROG Ally
  • MSI Claw
  • Lenovo Legion GO

This makes the game a good choice even for gamers who prefer to play on the go.
