South Africa is currently on top of the table with a percentage of 63.33. They have two home matches left against Pakistan. After their 2-0 win over Sri Lanka, they are in a good position. To reach the final, they only need to win one of their upcoming Tests against Pakistan. Qualification Scenarios for All Teams in WTC 2023-25

Currently, the top-ranked teams, India and Australia, need to maintain 58% of the available points to stay in a strong position. Other teams will need to earn 60% of the points to surpass either India or Australia. With many matches ahead, let’s take a closer look at the qualification chances of all nine teams in the standings.

India:

India, with a current percentage of 57.29%, needs 2 wins and a draw from 3 remaining Tests against Australia to secure a place in the final. A 3-2 series win would leave them at 58.77%, while a 2-3 loss would drop them to 53.51%, requiring other teams’ results to stay in contention.
