WWE filed a fresh application to the USPTO for trademark protection of the name “Talla Tonga”. The following breakdown of goods and services was submitted in the application:

“Entertainment services: professional wrestlers and entertainers providing wrestling exhibitions and performances via broadcast media, such as television and radio, the internet, or commercial online services; providing news and information about professional wrestling via a worldwide computer network; providing sports and entertainment information via an online community portal; offering a website devoted to sports entertainment information; fan club services: planning wrestling-related sporting events for members of the fan club; planning social entertainment events for members of the fan club; offering online newsletters in the sports entertainment domains; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports psychology.

Considering the name, there’s a near certainty that a new Bloodline member will experience this. It would be crazy if it were anyone else but Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa standing beside each other. However, given how long Jacob Fatu has been waiting, this suggests that Hikuleo is the WWE Superstar to whom this will apply.

As we previously announced on eWn, Hikuleo’s deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling has ended. His final game for the organisation was on June 9 at Dominion, therefore he is now free to join this stable at any time.

On WWE SmackDown last week, “The Right Hand Man” Tama Tonga and “The Infamous” Tonga Loa got their official Bloodline nicknames. Is there a possibility that a follow-up, a second introduction to this new version of The Bloodline, will occur on Friday night?
