China won the gold medal in the women’s 25m pistol event. The medal was claimed by Sun Yujie, which marked her first ISSF World Cup medal after her debut this season. She secured the top spot with 38 hits.
Hu Kai claimed the gold medal in the men’s 10m air pistol event, marking his first individual World Cup event medal. Tian Jiaming and Feng Sixuan won the silver and bronze respectively in men’s 50m rifle 3 positions and women’s 25m pistol event.
India has shown strong performance, too, with Sift Kaur Samra winning gold in the women’s 50m rifle 3 positions, while Chain Singh finished with a bronze medal at the men’s event in the same category.
Esha Singh won the silver in women’s 25m pistol event, finishing behind China’s Sun Yujie, while Rudrankksh Patil claimed the second gold of the nation at the ISSF World Cup in the men’s 10m air rifle, marking his second individual gold at the event. Manu Bhaker, India’s most celebrated shooter, finished sixth in the women’s 25m pistol event with a disappointing result.
