Krafton India Esports has officially shared the list of teams selected for the BGIS 2026 Grind stage. This update came just one day after the online qualifiers ended, adding more excitement to India’s biggest BGMI tournament.

The top 1,016 teams from the qualifiers will move forward into the next phase, while 64 invited teams will take part in The Grind. This stage will run from January 17, 2026, to February 1, 2026. Over these two weeks, fans can expect non-stop action as top squads prepare for the tougher rounds ahead.

BGIS 2026 The Grind: What Makes This Stage Special

Krafton India Esports revealed the teams through its official Instagram page on January 15, 2026. Unlike knockout stages, The Grind does not eliminate any team. Instead, all 64 squads move ahead, but their final position on the points table decides which round they enter next.

This format rewards steady performance and smart gameplay, not just one good day. Teams must focus on both survival and kills to stay high on the leaderboard.
