No request for removal of logo by Moeen Ali- CSK’s CEO

Kasi Vishwanathan, CEO of Chennai Super Kings(CSK) has assured that there’s no request for the removal of the logo of an alcohol brand from Moeen Ali’s jersey. According to sources from CricTracker, several reports have been rumored that Moeen, who doesn’t drink alcohol had requested CSK for the removal of the logo of SNJ 10000 to be from his jersey ahead of the beginning of the ICreditChennai based beer brand, SNJ 10000 is the sponsor of the CSK team and according to CricTracker, reports also mentioned that the Super kings agreed to Moeen’s request for the removal of logo. 

However, denying to the reports, the CEO said, “There has been no request made by Moeen to CSK to remove any logo.”

The Super Kings jersey is also printed with a sports camouflage that pays tribute to the Indian armed forces. Dhoni, CSK’s skipper, and former Indian Cricketer hold the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army.
