He scored a total of 754 runs for Mumbai with an astonishing average of almost 190 and a strike rate close to 135.
The main area of concern according to the critics was his high backlift, which has been his natural stance ever since he started his career. Ravi Shastri made him realize the problem and even he met Sachin Tendulkar to get rid of the high backlift thing.
Everyone was waiting to see this guy score runs as he’s been in a ‘Red-Hot’ form beforehand the start of IPL 2021 and he’s off to a flying start.
