The sensational clash between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals has started and Devdutt Padikkal doesn’t look like stopping any moment here. The sixteenth encounter of the Indian Premier League 2021 has taken a great swing as Rajasthan Royals’ had to bat first.  They set the chase of 178 runs and RCB players couldn’t seem to stop themselves from showcasing their skills.

Chasing 178, RCB sent Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal to open the innings. However, their partnership has been one of the nail biting performance but Padikkal took the show and smashed a sensational fifty in just 27 deliveries.

Devdutt Padikkal, coming from some not so good scores in the previous matches, seems to be on top of his game today. Against the RR bowlers, Mustafizur Rahman and Chris Morris’s attacks, the opener stood still and kept smashing the balls.

After scoring his fifty, he hit back to back maximums to Rahman’s attack and has almost made a mockery of the chase. His scores includes five maximums and eight fours till now. RCB has been bossing the game since the start, and with the partnership of Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal, they may witness an impressive win as neither of the players have left the ground yet.
