Some of them have also won prestigious tournaments like Grand Slam and Masters 1000. However, till now there are only 5 players who have won 4 or more ATP titles.

Italy’s Jannik Sinner and Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz lead this list. Both players have won a total of 35 ATP titles. At the same time, Felix Auger-Aliassime , Sebastian Baiz and Holger Rune are also constantly making their mark.

5. Holger Rune – 4 titles

Denmark’s Holger Rune won the first ATP title of his career at the Bavarian Open in 2022 when he was just 19 years old. He then won his second title at the Stockholm Open the same year.

However, his biggest title came at the 2022 Paris Masters, where he stunned Novak Djokovic in the final. In 2023, he won his fourth title at the Munich Open. Apart from this, Rune has also reached the ATP finals 5 times, where he has faced defeat.

4. Sebastian Baiz – 6 titles

Argentina’s Sebastian Baez may not be making as many headlines in the tennis world, but he is ahead of many big names in terms of winning titles. 5 of his 6 titles have come on clay courts, including the 2022 Estoril Open, 2023 Cordoba Open, Austrian Open, 2024 Rio Open and Chile Open.

However, Baez also proved his talent on hard courts by winning the Winston-Salem Open in 2023. Apart from this, he also has 2 ATP Finals to his name, where he was the runner-up.

3. Felix Auger-Aliassime – 7 titles

Felix Auger-Aliassime of Canada has been one of the first successful players born in the 2000s. He recently won the Open Occitanie, the 7th ATP title of his career.

He had a string of final losses early in his career, but he claimed his first ATP title in 2022 by winning the Rotterdam Open. In October of that year, he performed brilliantly by winning the Firenze Open, European Open and Swiss Indoors.

In 2023 he defended the Swiss Indoors title and won the Adelaide International and Montpellier in the early months of 2025 to become the first player to win two ATP titles this year.

2. Carlos Alcaraz – 16 titles

Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz became the first player born in the 2000s to hold the No. 1 spot in the ATP rankings. He also became the first Grand Slam winner of this generation. By the age of 21, he has won 16 ATP titles, including four Grand Slams. He won his first major title by winning the US Open in 2022. He then won the Wimbledon title in 2023 and 2024 and also won the French Open in 2024.

Alcaraz has also won 5 Masters 1000 titles so far, including Indian Wells (2 times), Madrid (2 times) and Miami (2022). The most success of his career has come on clay courts, where he has won 8 titles. Apart from this, he has also won 5 hard court and 3 grass court titles.

1. Jannik Sinner – 19 titles

Italy’s Jannik Sinner is currently the No. 1 player in the ATP rankings and is on the verge of becoming the first player born in the 2000s to win 20 ATP titles. He has established himself among the top players in the tennis world by winning consecutive Australian Opens in 2024 and 2025. Apart from this, he also proved his ability by winning the 2024 US Open.

Sinner has won 4 Masters 1000 titles so far, including Canada, Miami, Cincinnati and Shanghai. In 2024, he also won the ATP Finals title, which was another major achievement in his career.

Sinner’s greatest success has been on hard courts, where he has won 17 titles. Apart from this, he has also won 1 clay court title (2022 Croatia Open) and 1 grass court title (2024 Halle Open). He also has a record of being runner-up in 5 ATP Finals.
