Just weeks before the big announcement of EA Sports FC 25, the first batch of player ratings have been released.
Kylian Mbappe, Rodri and Erling Haaland have been confirmed by EA as EA Sports FC 25 highest-rated players in the new game. The Real Madrid striker and the Manchester City duo are 91-rated.
There are just four players with 90: Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich), Vinicius Jr, (Real Madrid) and Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid).
The second rung down features two goalkeepers with Real Madrid’s Thibaut Courtois and Barcelona’s Marc-André ter Stegen joined on 88 by Inter striker Lautaro Martínez and Liverpool pair Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah.
And completing the top 25 are a couple more goalkeepers with Manchester City’s Ederson and Atlético de Madrid’s Jan Oblak, who are also joined on 88 by Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva, and Real Madrid duo of Fede Valverdi and Antonio Rüdiger.
Though Real Madrid and England midfielder Jude Bellingham is the game’s poster boy this year, he is not the highest-rated player on the game.
Both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are missing from the highest-rated players in EA Sports’ franchise video game. At 88, Messi received his lowest rating in 16 years. Ronaldo hasn’t upgraded from his last year’s rating of 86.

The latest edition of EA’s popular video game will be released on all platforms on September 27, 2024. The FC 25 Ultimate edition will be available from September 20.
