England Women ‘A’ squad, led by captain Charlie Dean, set for an exciting three-match T20 series against India ‘A’ at the Wankhede Stadium.

Charlie Dean will captain the England Women ‘A’ squad set to compete in a three-match T20 series against India ‘A’ at the Wankhede Stadium. The matches are scheduled for November 29, December 1, and December 3, all at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
After an extensive training camp in Oman, the squad will finalize their preparations in Mumbai before engaging in the T20 fixtures. Unfortunately, Alice Davidson-Richards withdrew from the squad due to a family bereavement, while Liberty Heap has returned home after fracturing her clavicle and will undergo further treatment.
Tash Farrant will continue training with the England Women senior group in Oman as she progresses with her return to competitive bowling.

Michael Bates, Head Coach of England A, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming fixtures, highlighting the team’s productive camp in Oman. He emphasized the value of the players working with senior coaches and integrating with the senior squad, enhancing the team’s growth and preparation.
The England Women ‘A’ squad includes players like Hollie Armitage, Hannah Baker, Charlie Dean (Captain), Lauren Filer, and others, gearing up for the challenging series against India ‘A’.
Additionally, a few players, namely Georgia Davis, Grace Potts, Kalea Moore, and Sophie Munro, will continue training with the England Women senior group in Oman to further develop their skills before returning to the UK on December 2.
