Atleast12 individuals were harmed on Tuesday when a loud blast occurred at a football ground during a match in Pakistan’s unsettled Balochistan area, as per the police.

A football match was in progress in Allahabad Town to pay homage to the police officers that have fallen in the line of obligation when a privately produced improvised explosive device exploded, causing a boisterous blast, senior cop Mohammad Ahmed Zaheer said.

The events come as a shock to Pakistan which was recently handed a football ban by FIFA for the interference and instability caused by the third parties and Political institutions. The investigation into this matter has been opened and suspects are now being identified.

12 people were injured in an explosion and 2 out of them are in a critical situations. All the injured people were taken to Karachi for treatment.
