The Ferrari 296 Speciale is a very fast car made for racing tracks. It has 880 CV or 868 bhp power from a V6 plug-in hybrid engine. It is 50 kg lighter and 50 hp stronger than the normal 296 GTS. 

The car has smart aero that gives 20 percent more downforce and 13 percent less body roll. It also has strong shocks, ABS EVO brakes, and special Michelin Cup 2 K1 tyres.

Ferrari 296 Speciale Engine Power Explained 

The Ferrari 296 Speciale uses a 3.0 litre V6 twin turbo engine with an electric motor. Together they make 880 cv power, while the engine alone makes 700 cv. The engine is 9 kg lighter and has stronger pressure inside for better speed. 

The car goes from 0 to 100 km per hour in under 2.9 seconds. It has a 7.45 kWh battery and can drive 25 km on electric power.

Ferrari 296 Speciale Aero and Handling Made Simple

The Ferrari 296 Speciale is built to stay strong on the road and track. It has smart active aero with a new front design, T-tray air intake, and a rear spoiler with three modes. These parts give 435 kg downforce. 

The car is 50 kg lighter because of carbon fibre seats and doors. It sits 5 mm lower and uses Multimatic shocks, titanium springs, ABS EVO, and better side slip control.

 Ferrari 296 Speciale Interior and Style Explained 

The Ferrari 296 Speciale has a simple and sporty interior made for racing. Inside, there is a lot of Alcantara and carbon fiber to save weight and give a track feel. Everything is focused on driving and speed. 

The Spider version, called Aperta, has a hard roof that opens or closes in 14 seconds. The car also offers optional carbon fiber wheels, which make it even lighter and faster on the road and track.
