Harsha Bhogle Reacts to India’s WTC team selection; Suggests possible batting line up
Harsha Bhogle took to twitter and gave his views on team selection. He also suggested possible batting order for India in World Test Series Final against New Zealand.
On Friday, BCCI announced the Indian Squad that has to play the inaugural World Test Championship final. India is going to play the final against New Zealand in South Hampton.
Many big names of Indian Cricket Fraternity have started to send their reactions on the team selection of BCCI. Amid this Harsha Bhogle also shared his views regarding the team selection.
He also suggested possible batting order for India in World Test Series Final against New Zealand. In the tweet he shared he wrote
If India feel the need to play 6 batsmen + Pant, an arrangement they tend to stay away from, then Vihari has to bowl 8-10 overs a day. I see Gill as an option at no 3 in case Pujara is unavailable. And Rahul as the back up play anywhere batsman.

Bhogle also stated the possible criteria for the selection. He wrote
Remember, no Ranji Trophy this year so the selectors have had to go with what they saw in Australia and against England. Washington Sundar and Thakur did all that was asked of them. And Shaw hasn't had the chance to show his red ball form. Been no red ball game since March 2020

It is to be noted that India is going to play the World Test Championship Final in England. The final is scheduled from 18 June to 22 June.
