Rabada has 18 wickets in 15 innings at an economy of 9.52 in powerplay, while he has claimed a total of 26 wickets this season while playing for the Gujarat Titans.

Star India bowler Mohammad Shami ranks second on the list of bowlers with the most wickets in Powerplay in a single IPL edition. Shami picked 17 wickets in 17 innings at an economy of 7.5 in the powerplay, while he claimed a total of 28 wickets for Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023.

NOTE: Dhawal Kulkarni has also picked 16 wickets in Powerplay in a single edition at an economy of 6.84, while playing for the Gujarat Lions in IPL 2016.
