Getting Started with the iGB Live App
Register for iGB Live 2025
Make sure you’re registered for iGB Live 2025 before using the app. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll get an email invite to download it.
Your event account will be ready to go-no extra sign-up needed.
Logging In Is Simple
The app offers secure, simple login options:
Login Methods:
- Magic Link: A secure link is emailed to you. Just click to get instant access. This link expires after 72 hours.
- One-Time Code: Enter a short code sent to your inbox to log in.
Where to Find Login Links:
- In emails from the event organizer
- On your phone, magic links open the app right away
- From the app or event website login screen using your email
If you’ve set a password before, you can use it to log in.
Forgot your password? Tap Reset Password.
Trouble Logging In?
Try these quick tips:
- Wrong email? Make sure you’re using the same email you used to register. Even small mistakes or using a different email can cause problems.
- Didn’t Receive an Email? Check spam or junk folders. Whitelist [email protected] to avoid future delays.
- Expired Link? Re-enter your email to get a new magic link or code.

Build Your Network
- Connect with Attendees: Use the Attendees tab to find people by name, role, or category. Whether you’re looking for affiliates, operators, or fintech professionals, it’s easy to find the right contacts.
- Send and Manage Requests: Click Connect to send a request. Want to increase your chances of a response? Add a short personal message.
- Chat in Real Time: Once connected, you can start conversations directly through the app.
Schedule 1-on-1 Meetings
Want face-to-face time with someone? You can request private meetings with both attendees and exhibitors. Pick a time, confirm the location, and it’s added to your agenda.
Navigate the Show Floor
- Browse Exhibitors by Category: Use the Exhibitors tab to explore companies grouped by industry, such as payments, gaming software, or compliance solutions.
- Save the Exhibitors You Want to Visit: Tap the bookmark icon next to any exhibitor to keep track of your must-visits.
- Use the Interactive Floorplan: Not sure where a booth is? The Floorplan tab helps you find it in seconds.
Try the WhatsApp Digital Concierge
Need quick answers during the event? The Digital Concierge is available through WhatsApp and ready to help.
You can ask about:
- Exhibitor and booth locations
- Session start times
- Recommendations for food and attractions in London
Access this feature via the Digital Concierge tab on the app homepage.
