The Indonesia Masters 2025, which kicked-off on Tuesday, 21 January, at the Gelora Bung Karno Sports Palace in Jakarta, Indonesia. The tournament will culminate with the finals of all its categories on Sunday, 26 January. 

The Indonesia Masters is underway as a part of the BWF World Tour 2025. Several star shuttlers are battling out to pocket crucial points to climb up the rankings. 

The Indonesia Masters 2025, which kicked-off on Tuesday, 21 January, at the Gelora Bung Karno Sports Palace in Jakarta, Indonesia. The tournament will culminate with the finals of all its categories on Sunday, 26 January. 

The Indonesia Masters was held for the first time in 2010 and was organised in a different city every year till 2018, after which Jakarta became its permanent home. It was in that year that the tournament was also inducted into the BWF World Tour as a Super 500 event that year.

Being a Super 500 tournament, the Indonesia Masters’ prize pool is not as significant as those of Super 750 events like the India Open or Super 1000 events like the Malaysia Open. Nevertheless, the participating shuttlers receive substantial monetary rewards.

The Indonesia Masters 2025 carries a prize money pool of USD 475,000 (around SGD 644,138). The figure sees a hike of USD 25,000 from the previous edition.

The champions of the men’s and women’s singles categories will earn USD 35,625 and 9,200 BWF points. Meanwhile, the winners in the men’s, women’s and mixed doubles divisions will take home USD 37,525 and 9,200 BWF points.

Semi-finalists: USD 6,887.50 and 6,420 BWF points
Quarter-finalists: USD 2,850 and 5,040 BWF points

Winners: USD 37,525 and 9,200 BWF points
