After a miserable start of the 188 runs to chase, SRH’s innings after the opening Fallout shock has been handled smoothly all thanks to a sensible yet fierce knock by Jonny Bairstow and Manish Pandey.

Particularly Bairstow showed his aggressive side and scored 54 with a ruthless thrashing of the KKR bowlers until CUMMINS dismissed him and observed his first IPL 2021 wicket. Manish Pandey too showed a sensible approach and has surpassed the half-century mark.

On the contrary, KKR bowlers haven’t shown their best since the powerplay overs ended and have been taken on hands by Bairstow and Pandey. Cummins turned out to be the reason for the end of the 92 runs 3rd Wicket partnership between Bairstow and Pandey.

With Bairstow’s dismissal, the game is quite open but still favoring KKR because of the chase factor and the pressure of RPO’s.
