The Mumbai Indians had their first game against the Chennai Super Kings on 19th September. The match was held at Dubai International Stadium. Chennai Super Kings won by 20 runs. Ruturaj Gaikwad played a wonderful inning to help the Chennai Super Kings do extremely well! Tomorrow the Mumbai Indians will face Eoin Morgan’s Kolkata Knight Riders. Before that, Trent Boult discusses if Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya can make it to the playing XI.

In a pre-match conference, he first shared that the team will start afresh and there is no advantage against the Kolkata Knight Riders. Every game is important. Varun Chakravarthy is a quality bowler. With loads of planning and preparation, the Mumbai Indians will probably put up a good show. He shared that Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya are recovering very well. Trent was not very sure about their selection yet. So far they are improving. They are very important players for playing XI. The squad is desperate to get them back!

After a short break from the IPL, it is a challenge to get back now in the UAE. Firstly, you have to be prepared. Secondly, pushing hard to get to the finals. IPL will be a great platform for the upcoming T20 World Cup too. As a result, players will be getting used to the heat and humidity in the UAE.

Well, wishing Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya a speedy recovery and the fans cannot wait to see you play!
