The Friendly was Live-Streamed on Indian Football’s Official Facebook Page. The last meeting between the two teams was on June 6, 2017, with a 2-0 win for The Blue Tigers in Mumbai.
However, today was a disappointing outing for Team India as they were not their best. In the First-Half around the 35th-minute mark, the Indian defenders gave away an easy goal as Anjan Bista scores in an empty net for the hosts as they lead 1-0.
After scoring the goal, Team Nepal became more confident and was not holding back, looking to score another goal as they showed their attacking mode. In half-time, Nepal was leading 1-0.
India found its equalizer as No. 7 Anirudh Thapa, who came in as a substitute scored in the 60th minute and leveled the scoreline.
