Neeraj Chopra speaking to PM Modi said: “Sir, my training is going as planned. I missed a few tournaments due to a recurring injury, but right now, I am feeling much better. We have just under a month to get the final preparations done.”

During her interaction, PV Sindhu told PM Modi: “I am going to represent India for the third time in the Olympics. I won a Silver medal in 2016 and in 2020, I won a Bronze medal. I hope to change the colour of the medal this year, I am hoping for another medal this year.”

During the interaction, Prime Minister Modi urged the athletes bound for this month’s Paris Olympics to share their views on the arrangements in the French Capital to help his government’s ambitious plan of bringing the tournament to India.
Earlier on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed the T20 World Cup-winning team led by Rohit Sharma, who defeated South Africa in the final clash.
