The highlight of the weekend was Liverpool’s drubbing of Tottenham. The Reds continued their dominance, producing a 3-6 victory over Spurs.
Goals from Mohamed Salah (2), Luis Diaz, Alexis Mac Allister, and Dominik Szoboszlai powered Liverpool to victory, solidifying their spot at the top of the table. James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski, and a late effort from Dominic Solanke scored for Spurs.
While Fulham and Southampton settled for a goalless draw. Manchester United suffered a 0-3 humiliation at Old Trafford at the hands of Bournemouth.
Leicester continued their strong form with a convincing 3-0 victory over Wolves.
Arsenal, too, carried on their dominance with a 5-1 victory over Crystal Palace.
Chelsea were held to a goalless draw by Everton at Goodison Park, dropping two valuable points in their quest to keep pace with Liverpool at the top of the table.
Manchester City’s faltering campaign at Premier League 2024-25 continued with a 2-1 loss to Aston Villa.
