Jimmy Connors holds the record for winning the most career wins at 1274. He is also the player with most career titles (109) and most matches played (1557). The legendary player has won eight grand slam titles in singles with a career win-loss record of 1275-283 (81.8 percent).
Connors has also won two doubles titles in Grand Slam-1973 Wimbledon and 1975 US Open. He held the number one spot for 160 consecutive weeks from 1974 to 1977. He also won the Davis Cup in 1981.

Roger Federer – 1251
Roger Federer won 1251 matches after having played for over two decades. The 20-time grand slam winner in singles has a win-loss record of 1251-275 (82 percent). He has 103 ATP titles in his kitty, the second most in the Open Era.
The Swiss legend has won eight Wimbledon Championships which is the most in singles to date. Federer bagged gold and silver medals at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games. He has one Davis Cup title to his name which he won in 2014. He has won six World Tour Finals title.

Novak Djokovic occupies the third spot in the most career wins in the Open Era. The Serb win-loss record stands at 1124-219 (83.5 percent). Along with 1124 career wins, the Serbian also holds the record for winning 99 ATP titles, the third most in the Open Era.
Djokovic holds the record for winning the highest number of Australian Open titles- 10. He recently won a gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. He has seven ATP final titles to his name.

Rafael Nadal – 1080
Rafael Nadal recorded 1080 career wins in a career which spanned for almost two decades. His win- loss record stands at 1080-227 (82.7 percent). He won 20 major titles in singles, 14 of which came for Rolland Garros.
The Spaniard won gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and 2016 Rio Olympics 4 in singles. He also has four Davis Cup titles to his name- 2004, 2009, 2011 and 2019.
