The WWE’s Vince McMahon has announced his retirement
Triple H, a.k.a. Paul Levesque, will resume his executive position as EVP, Talent Relations, according to WWE.
Vince McMahon announced his retirement from WWE. Earlier in the day, the company revealed that Triple H, aka Paul Levesque, will return to his executive role as EVP, Talent Relations. McMahon stated in an official statement that as he reaches the age of 77, he believes the time has come for him to step down as Chairman and CEO of the corporation.
“As I approach 77 years old, I believe it is time for me to step down as WWE Chairman and CEO. It’s been an honour to work with WWE over the years to bring you pleasure, motivate you, excite you, surprise you, and always entertain you. As well as all of the former and present Superstars and staff for their dedication to and love of our brand, I’d like to thank my family for their significant contributions to the success of the firm. In a formal statement, he said.
“Most importantly, I’d like to appreciate our fans for welcoming us into your homes each week choosing us as your entertainment option. I have the deepest respect and appreciation for our generations of global fans who have enjoyed, continue to appreciate, and sometimes even adore our kind of sports and entertainment “He stated.
“Our global audience may take confidence in knowing WWE will continue to thrill you with the same intensity, dedication, and passion as always,” McMahon stated in his statement.
“I am hopeful about WWE’s future success because I have placed our company in the capable hands of an exceptional collection of Superstars, personnel, and executives, particularly Chairwoman and mrs Co-CEO Stephanie McMahon and Co-CEO Nick Khan.” As the major stakeholder, I will continue to help WWE in any way I can.
