Marian Gherasim from Romania, who played the T20 match at the age of 14 years and 16 days in 2020, holds the distinction of being the youngest player to play a T20 game.

Mohammad Amir, a former Pakistani sprinter, was the youngest player to compete in the World Cup. The left-arm pacer accomplished this feat against England during a 2009 World Cup match. He played in that game at the age of 17 years, 55 days.

In the game of cricket, Rashid Khan doesn’t need an introduction. He is a top spinner in the Twenty20 format. He became the second-youngest player to appear in the T20 World Cup. At the time, he was 17 years and 170 days old.

In third place is Tamim Iqbal. He is currently the third youngest player to compete in the T20 World Cup. He had only been alive for 18 months and 142 days.

Paul Stirling, an Irish batsman, is the only non-Asian on the list. He was only 18 years and 285 days old when he participated in his first World Cup game. Stirling was the fourth-youngest player to ever compete in the World Cup, despite scoring only 17 runs in that game.
