Bowlers Who Conceded The Most Sixes In A Single IPL Season: The Indian Premier League is now gaining popularity for huge totals, records being shattered in batting and enormous sixes.

In the recent seasons of IPL, bowlers have always faced great challenges due to flat tracks and the aggressive intent of batters in the tournament.

Even the best bowlers of the ICC are facing an increase in their economy and are not able to take the wickets, for example, Jasprit Bumrah, who went wicketless for almost 6 matches, and Mitchell Starc, who picked wickets but got hit for several boundaries.

5. Kagiso Rabada – 30 Sixes (IPL 2026)

Kagiso Rabada from South Africa known for his sheer pace over 150 km and the wicket taker for his team got on the list in IPL 2026 after getting for 30 sixes in 13 games.

Apart from conceding 30 sixes he has managed to take crucial 21 wickets so far for GT and is still among the top wicket takers in the league.

5. Anshul Kamboj – 30 Sixes (IPL 2026)

The right arm pace bowler of Chennai Super Kings is also on the list by getting hit for 30 sixes in 13 matches during IPL 2026 but he has been able to deliver for team in the time of need with his accurate line and length bowling.  Despite being hit for 30 sixes he was able to manage crucial 20 wickets in IPL 2026 for CSK.

4. Yuzvendra Chahal – 30 Sixes (IPL 2024)

The most expensive leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal of IPL conceded 30 sixes when he was playing for Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2024. He was given chances in 15 matches that year and was able to pick up 18 wickets. After that he was sold to PBKS for Rs 18 Crore which was the highest for a spinner in the IPL tournament history.

3. Wanindu Hasaranga – 30 Sixes (IPL 2022)

The Sri Lankan spin-bowler, Wanindu Hasaranga, had a good and bad experience during his IPL 2022 season at Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Despite being hit for 30 sixes in 16 matches, Hasaranga managed to be among the most successful bowlers of the competition. He managed tot take 26 wickets, which made him the second-highest wicket-taker at the end of the season.

2. Mohammed Siraj – 31 Sixes (IPL 2022)

Mohammed Siraj of Royal Challengers Bangalore was not able to perform well in the IPL 2022 and was hit for 31 maximums in 15 games.

As compared to other bowlers in this list, Mohammed Siraj had a terrible season. He managed to take 9 wickets in the tournament and was heavily criticized for his inconsistency and lack accuracy in line and length.

1. Rashid Khan – 33 Sixes (IPL 2025)

Rashid Khan, the star player of Afghanistan, holds the record for maximum sixes being hit in a single season despite having a great reputation in the world cricket across many T20 leagues.

During the IPL 2025 season while playing for GT, he conceded 33 sixes in 15 matches. Not just that he had a terrible season having taken just 9 wickets during the entire season.
