Tottenham agree a deal with Everton to sign Richarlison
Tottenham Hotspur have finally signed Richarlison from Everton after agreeing deal with the club.
Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have signed Richarlison on a permanent deal from Everton. The deal was confirmed by Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano on Thursday. Tottenham will pay a £50 million guaranteed fee plus £10 million in add-ons (according to Fabrizio Romano).
Richarlison agreed on the personal terms with the club and it wasn’t a problem as he wanted to leave Everton this summer. The Brazilian forward will have his medical in Brazil and then the club (Tottenham Hotspur) will announce him.
Richarlison is the fourth signing of the summer for Tottenham Hotspurs after Fraser Forster, Ivan Perisic from Inter, and Yves Bissouma from another Premier League club Brighton FC. The Brazilian forward will play in the UEFA Champions League next season as the club finished fourth in the points table last season.
“Tottenham has signed Richarlison on a permanent deal, here we go! The first part of paperwork now signed with Everton, after full agreement on personal terms,” tweeted Fabrizio Romano on Thursday, 30th June.
Tottenham Hotspur are now targeting a centre-back and they have made Barcelona’s defender Clement lenglet their priority now (as per Fabrizio Romano).
