However, replays using UltraEdge later revealed a spike, indicating that there was an inside edge before the ball made contact with Virat Kohli’s pad. This revelation came as a surprise, as even Kohli himself seemed unaware of the edge at that moment. Rohit Sharma, the Indian captain, was visibly frustrated by Virat Kohli’s choice to not take the DRS review, a decision that could have shifted the dynamics of the match.
