T20 World Cup 2026 Squad Selection Gets Tough for Coach

Charlotte Edwards, the head coach, shared her thoughts after announcing the squad for the T20 World Cup 2026. She was also the captain when the team won the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in 2009, which was held in England. This time, the tournament will take place in England again, making it special for the team and fans.

She said that selecting the final 15 players was not easy at all. According to her, this was the toughest selection process she has ever been part of because many talented players performed well and deserved a place in the squad.

Charlotte also said that having the T20 World Cup 2026 at home is a big moment. The team feels motivated and excited about what they can achieve in the tournament this summer.
