All set to be back! Everyone has patiently waited for the return of this tournament. The very exciting Indian Premier League of 2021 that was held in India during May, had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 scare and is now set to resume in the UAE from 19th September.
Some of the IPL franchises like the Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings have already started training for the game.
Now, Royal Challengers Bangalore are all set to depart for the UAE leg. On reaching Bangalore last week and completing the COVID-19 protocols, the team is seen departing to Dubai on 29th August 2021. On reaching, the team will be in quarantine for 6 days and post that begin training for the tournament.

Along with the team management, players like Devdutt Padikkal and Navdeep Saini were seen with their luggage at the airport. Royal Challengers Bangalore shared pictures on their Instagram page.
The Indian Premier League begins on 19th September. The first clash will be between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings.
On 20th September, the Royal Challengers Bangalore go against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. At present, the team has had a good tournament. On the points table, they are in third place in the points table with five wins and two losses in seven matches.
Earlier, the team management also announced player replacements and new additions to their squad for the second phase of the tournament.
