England Women vs Scotland Women, the 16th group stage match of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026. The match was played at Leeds, as the tournament is progressing into a phase where every team from each group is looking to win games and perform at their best, and each game is crucial for every team.

The match began with an important toss, which was won by Kathryn Bryce, the Scotland Women’s captain, and she chose to field first. Out of the two games played by Scotland Women, they lost to the West Indies by 7 runs and won against Ireland by 40 runs.

Whereas Charlotte Dean, the England Women’s captain, will lead the side as Nat Sciver-Brunt misses the game due to a left calf muscle strain, and to replace her, Sophia Dunkley comes into the Playing XI. England Women will definitely look to win this match as they do not want to break their winning streak. In their last two games, they have won both, and England Women have been ruthless so far in the tournament.
