Process of Award

Once the Esports Awards announce that nominations are open, candidates are submitted by members of the general public. Before announcing the finalists, the Esports Awards panel, which is made up of industry experts, examines the nominees. After all the finalists have been announced, the public chooses its front-runners for each category based on the candidates’ achievements during the last year. The Esports Awards voting method includes community votes in addition to votes from the Esports Awards panel. Voting takes place on the Esports Awards website. After the results of the public voting are tabulated, the Esports Awards panel casts votes on their picks for each category, adding their vote to the public’s to determine the winner. The community casts 25% of the ballots, with the Esports Awards Panel casting the remaining 75%. The winners are announced at the Esports Awards event.
