Kolkata Knight Riders are extremely delighted with their second consecutive win in the IPL remainder. These two victories have earned them a spot in the top four of the points table. Captain Eoin Morgan believes that it was a long time since the team performed like that.

Firstly, Morgan thinks that Kolkata Knight Riders are playing a brand of cricket. Secondly, this is exactly how head coach Brendon McCullum would have wanted it to be. As a result, the squad is trying to add Venkatesh Iyer into the playing XI squad. Some of the players like Rahul Tripathi played a fantastic inning against Mumbai Indians last night.

It has been a long time since we have played like this. Baz (Brendon McCullum) has taken over for almost two seasons, so the way we are playing is now getting into his style. To hold such a strong Mumbai team, and chase it down in the manner we did gives us confidence.” Adds Eoin Morgan of the Kolkata Knight Riders.

At present, the KKR squad is fourth on the points table. Mumbai Indians have gone to the sixth spot. KKR will next lock horns against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Sunday. Best of luck team for the remainder of the Indian Premier League!
