Rinku Singh smashed five successive sixes when the side needed 28 to win off the last five balls against the Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023. Yash Dayal was at the receiving end of an exhibition of power-hitting from Rinku as the Kolkata Knight Riders registered an unbelievable three-wicket victory over the defending champions in Ahmedabad.

4. RAVINDRA JADEJA (JADDU) – In Action Hits 37 Runs in Last Over

Sir Jadeja hits 37 runs in the last over of the first innings against RCB

Ravindra Jadeja has smashed a record of 37 runs off the final over against RCB pacer Harshal Patel. His team’s total was 154-4 at the end of the 19th over and 191-4 at the end of the 20th over.

He hit 5 sixes and a four in Harshal Patel’s 20th over, with one of the sixes coming off a no-ball for his 28-ball 62. After his heroics with the bat, he picked up three wickets and effected a run-out as Bangalore suffered their first defeat of the campaign. By winning this match, Chennai reached the top of the table with four wins from five games.

5. RAHUL TEWATIYA – 12 Runs in 2 Balls

12 runs were needed in 2 balls, and Tewatia hit 2 massive sixes in the last 2 balls, giving the Gujarat Titans a six-wicket win against Punjab.

The last over was a thriller; 12 runs were needed in the last 2 balls. Rahul gave his team a splendid victory by hitting 2 sixes in 2 consecutive balls, and Gujarat won the match by 6 wickets.

After the victory against Punjab, he said, “AMAZING FEELING.” There was nothing to think about; just go there and hit sixes. The last ball was off the middle of the bat, and I knew it was a six.
