Shaquille Rashaun O’Neal, also known as “Shaq” and born on March 6, 1972, is a former professional basketball player from the United States who now works as a sports analyst for the NBA television show Inside the NBA. One of the best centres and basketball players of all time is O’Neal. He is a center who is 7 feet 1 inches (2.16 meters) tall, weighs 325 pounds (147 kilograms), and has won four NBA championships. During his 19-year NBA career, he played for six different clubs.
O’Neal was selected first overall by the Orlando Magic in the 1992 NBA Draught after playing college basketball for the LSU Tigers. After earning Rookie of the Year in 1992–1993 and guiding his club to the 1995 NBA Finals, he immediately established himself as one of the league’s top centers. O’Neal joined the Magic for four years before signing with the Los Angeles Lakers as a free agent. They achieved three straight title victories in 2000, 2001, and 2002. O’Neal was transferred to the Miami Heat in 2004 amid friction between him and Kobe Bryant, and his fourth NBA title came the following year in 2006.
