Novak Djokovic ranks first in the list with a colossal total of 16,950 points. He achieved the feat on June 6, 2016 when he was the champion at all four Grand Slams. He won the Wimbledon Championships and the US Open in 2015.  Additionally, the Serb won the titles at the Australian Open and the French Open in 2016. Notably, it was also Djokovic’s maiden Roland-Garros title.

Swiss legend Roger Federer remained world number one from February 2, 2004 until August 17, 2008. He crossed the 15,000-point mark in November 2006. 

The 25-grand slam winner accumulated a total of 15,903 points and became the first player to do so in the history of tennis.  During that time, he was the champion at the Australian Open, Wimbledon and the US Open. However, he finished as a runner-up at the French Open and also won the ATP Finals.

Rafael Nadal became only the second player to cross the 15,000 ATP points mark in tennis history. He amassed a total of 15,390 points on April 20, 2009. 

The Spaniard was the champion of the French Open, Wimbledon and Australian Open at that time.  Additionally, he held the title at the Canadian Open, Indian Wells Open, Monte-Carlo Masters, Barcelona Open, German Open and Queen’s Club Championships.

In February 2022, Daniil Medvedev reached a total of 10,780 points as Djokovic was the chart topper with 12,133 points. The Russian defeated Djokovic in straight sets to win the 2021 US Open which helped him achieve the feat.

  1. Andre Agassi: 10,739 points

Andre Agassi spent 101 weeks as the world number one in the ATP rankings. On August 21, 1995, he amassed a total of 10,739 points after he won the 1994 US Open and the 1995 Australian Open. Additionally , the eight-time Grand Slam champion was also the champion at the Paris Masters in 1994.
