Top 5 Youngest WWE Money in the Bank Winners
Explore the youngest champions who won WWE Money in the Bank and the impact of the briefcase on their wrestling success and title opportunities.

Youngest WWE Money In The Bank Champions in History
The WWE Money in the Bank ladder match has given many great champions in the last two decades. This match started at WrestleMania 21, where Edge won for the first time. At first, it was a part of WrestleMania, but in 2010, it became its own separate event.
In 2017, the first Money in the Bank ladder match for women was held. Both men and women have had some special winners since then.
Winning the MITB briefcase gives wrestlers a chance to get closer to the World Championship and makes them more popular. Sometimes, young wrestlers make a name for themselves with this match. Other times, older champions use the briefcase to fight for the title again. Age is just a number. So now, let’s look at the five youngest MITB winners in WWE.
5. Liv Morgan – 28 Years and 24 Days
Liv Morgan tried many times to win the Raw Women’s Championship from Becky Lynch, but it was not easy. But in the 2022 Women’s Money in the Bank match, she worked hard and won, moving closer to the championship.
Women wrestlers have a 100% success rate when cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase, but they usually do not keep the briefcase for long. Liv used her briefcase the same night to beat Ronda Rousey and win her first world title.
4. Jack Swagger – 28 Years and 4 Days
Jack Swagger, known as “The All-American American,” was ECW Champion in 2009. He won the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 2010, which surprised some people.
He used his briefcase the next week on SmackDown by beating Chris Jericho to become the World Heavyweight Champion. His time as champion did not last long, but it was a big moment in his career.
3. Alexa Bliss – 26 Years, 10 Months, and 10 Days
In the 2018 Women’s MITB ladder match, Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and other top wrestlers competed. It was a tough match. Alexa won by pushing Becky Lynch off the ladder.
After that, Bliss lost her Raw Women’s Championship to Nia Jax at WrestleMania 34. When Jax and Ronda Rousey fought for the title, Bliss cashed in and won back her position as champion.
2. Tiffany Stratton – 25 Years, 2 Months, and 5 Days
In the 2024 Women’s MITB ladder match, Tiffany Stratton became the youngest woman to win the briefcase, breaking Alexa Bliss’s old record.
She made a team with WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax and planned well. She tried to cash in many times but waited for the right moment. At the first SmackDown show in 2025, she successfully cashed in and won the Women’s Championship.
1. Austin Theory – 24 Years and 11 Months
Austin Theory lost the WWE United States Championship to Bobby Lashley at Money in the Bank 2022. But that night got better when he won the men’s MITB ladder match.
He competed against Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, and Sheamus. Theory did better than all of them to become Mr. Money in the Bank.
Roman Reigns was the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at that time, so Theory had a hard time using his briefcase. He cashed it in on Seth Rollins for the United States Championship but lost. This was the first time a MITB cash-in happened for a secondary title.
Money in the Bank matches have helped many new stars in WWE. Young and talented wrestlers have changed their luck through this briefcase. Age does not matter when it comes to success.
