4. Jack Swagger – 28 Years and 4 Days

1. Austin Theory – 24 Years and 11 Months

Austin Theory lost the WWE United States Championship to Bobby Lashley at Money in the Bank 2022. But that night got better when he won the men’s MITB ladder match.

He competed against Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, and Sheamus. Theory did better than all of them to become Mr. Money in the Bank.

Roman Reigns was the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at that time, so Theory had a hard time using his briefcase. He cashed it in on Seth Rollins for the United States Championship but lost. This was the first time a MITB cash-in happened for a secondary title.
