The Indian team are up against South Africa in the fourth T20I in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Indian team scored 169/6 in their 20 overs and South Africa now needs 170 runs to win this 5-match T20I series. During the match, fans got unhappy with skipper Rishabh Pant as he was again dismissed early and on the bad ball.
This was the second time Rishabh Pant got dismissed by South African spin bowler Keshav Maharaj in this T20I series. It wasn’t a good ball by the spinner but Rishabh Pant threw his wicket away. It is not a good series so far for skipper Rishabh Pant as poor batting form continues in the series. In the fourth T20I, Rishabh scored 17 runs in 23 balls. He wanted to clear the boundary and picked the wrong ball to do it. Rishabh then gave an easy catch to Dwaine Pretorius in the short third-man.
Must replace pant and iyer by Sanju and tripathi.
