The F1 2026 season will feature 24 races across five continents, starting early in March and concluding in December. The season isn’t only notable for its introduction of new tracks but also for the introduction of new technical regulations that could change the whole landscape of racing.
Addition And Removal Of Races
The headline addition to the F1 2026 calendar is the Madrid Grand Prix, which will make its debut as the Spanish Grand Prix, replacing Barcelona as the host city for one of the sport’s most historic races.
Another shocking thing is the departure of the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix at Imola, which won’t return in F1 2026.
Change In Usual Timings
Several races have been shifted to streamline logistics and reduce travel. Notably, the Canadian Grand Prix moves to late May, immediately following the Miami Grand Prix. The Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grand Prix have been moved to April to accommodate Ramadan, as it falls in February and March.

New Teams To Debut In F1 2026
