After winning India vs England‘s fourth test match at the Oval, Rohit Sharma speaks about the team’s performance in a post-match conference.

Team India won by an emphatic 175-run victory against England. Taking the lead of 2-1 in the five-match series. Rohit Sharma reveals the feeling in the dressing room.

Rohit Sharma reveals that he was very very happy with the team’s win. He goes on to add that, “In countries like these when you know you will go 2-1 you will take it any day.”

Umesh Yadav, who contributed with the ball, also revealed that the plan was to keep the England team restricted. They had decided not to give away too many runs and keep the run rate minimum. On a ground like that, wickets would come with much effort.

Shardul Thakur was the one who made two back-to-back half-centuries and stood by the team when they needed runs. Thakur also shared that,” When I got to know I’m playing, I wanted to create an impact.” Yes, he sure did create an impact and help the team win this match.

Furthermore, Rohit Sharma and the team are looking forward to the final test at the Old Trafford stadium in Manchester. The team knows that they have to concentrate on the game and give it their best shot.

Well, congratulations to Team India as they take a lead in the series. Best of luck with the final test!
