The West Indies had high hopes until Prasidh Krishna stepped into the game and changed it completely.
Prasidh has made a name for himself in T20 cricket, playing for Kolkata Knight Riders. But he has ‘red-ball bowler’ written all over him, with an attacking line and length and has the ability to move the ball.
#TeamIndia win the second @Paytm #INDvWI ODI & take an unassailable lead in the series. 👏 👏

Sharma had brought him on as a wicket-taking option and it was vital for him to bowl to his strengths, adhering to classic red-ball principles in terms of line and length. Prasidh struck immediately, hitting a hard length outside off and managef to extract extra bounce. King failed to get on top of the bounce.
Prasidh’s emergence is good for tbe Indian cricket at a time when the team has been looking for a replacement for Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
