In the IPL, Australia’s David Warner has been one of the most consistent batsmen. Warner has dominated the tournament year after year as a destructive opener who doesn’t care about the opposition bowlers. Warner has the most fifty-plus scores in the IPL with 65. His list features four crushing centuries, with a peak score of 126. Warner has scored 6,397 runs at an average of 41.53 and a strike rate of over 139.91 in 176 matches between 2009 and 2023. Warner’s 50-plus scores have helped his side score big.
- Shikhar Dhawan – 52
As an opener for India in international matches, the destructive Shikhar Dhawan has, on multiple instances, established strong platforms for the team. Dhawan has participated in the Indian Premier League for the past 15 seasons while playing for four franchises. Throughout these matches, he has scored 52 fifty-plus scores and has played 217 total matches. The slick southpaw Dhawan has been an essential run-scorer for his teams competing at the highest levels, even though he has not yet been able to score many runs in the game.

Next on the list is former South African batter AB de Villers, who finished his IPL career with 43 fifty-plus scores. AB has hit 40 fifties and three hundred while playing for Delhi Daredevils and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. He is widely considered to be the best batter of his generation. AB’s score of 133 runs in 59 balls was the highest of his career in the Indian Premier League (IPL). This score came against MI in the 2015 season of the IPL.

On the other hand, Rohit has scored many runs at the top of the order. In addition to being the captain of the Mumbai Indians, Rohit has done many great things for the Mumbai franchise over the years, leading them to five IPL titles.
