The IPL 2026 Orange Cap Leaderboard has been completely shaken up with Abhishek Sharma taking the top spot after scoring an amazing century (100) vs. Delhi Capitals during IPL 2023 and now totals 323 runs this season.

His teammate Heinrich Klaasen (320 runs) drops to 2nd place after being 1st for most of the IPL season, with Shubman Gill (265 runs) in 3rd, and Virat Kohli (247 runs) the All-Time Leader in total runs scored during all IPL Seasons combined in 4th place.

The up-and-coming young superstar Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (new to the IPL this year) is rounding out the Top 5 runners for the Orange Cap Award.

Eshan Malinga’s great effort of 4/32 versus Delhi Capitals has propelled him to second in bowling statistics (12) behind Anshul Kamboj (Chennai Super Kings) with 13 (6 matches).

Likewise, Prasidh Krishna was unable to reclaim first place by taking only one wicket versus Mumbai Indians and is now in third place (12), while Prince Yadav is in fourth (11) and Bhuvneshwar Kumar is in fifth (10).
