This shocking update came during the June 23 episode of Monday Night RAW. In a backstage segment, General Manager Adam Pearce told AJ Styles that Dominik Mysterio is not medically cleared, so their Intercontinental Championship match has been cancelled. Styles looked disappointed, and fans also felt let down.
Is Dominik Mysterio really injured?
WWE did not share full details about Dominik’s injury, but later in the show, during an interview with Jackie Redmond, Dominik said “his ribs are still not fine.” This confirmed that he is not fit to compete at Night of Champions.
