BCCI Naman Awards 2025: Jasprit Bumrah Claims Third Polly Umrigar Award

Jasprit Bumrah has won the Polly Umrigar Award for Best International Cricketer (Men) for the third time. He earned the award for his outstanding performances in 2024. Bumrah ranked No.1 in ICC Test rankings, took 71 wickets in 13 Tests, the most by any bowler last year.

He was also named Player of the Tournament at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, where he took 15 wickets at an incredible average of 8.26 and an economy rate of 4.17, helping India win the tournament.

Smriti Mandhana Named Best International Cricketer (Women)

Smriti Mandhana won the Best International Cricketer (Women) award after scoring centuries in ODIs and Test cricket, finishing 2024 with 747 ODI runs.

The Mumbai Cricket Association was recognized for winning a record 42nd Ranji Trophy and other domestic titles.

After announcing his retirement, Ravichandran Ashwin received a special BCCI Award for his outstanding international career.
