England vs Ireland, T20 World Cup: Updates and Predictions

Another face-off battle is set to take place between Ireland and England at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on 26th October for the T20 World Cup. With their excellent performance in the first match against Afghanistan, England is all set to encounter another battle with the team of Ireland, who as well have managed to perform well in the qualifier rounds.

The team came up with an incredible start to the tournament, by defeating Afghanistan in their first encounter with a margin of around 5 wickets. He faced 25 balls and smashed four boundaries and one huge six. 

However, the bowling options of Ireland have been reported to not come up as expected, as they couldn’t defend the target of 129 runs and leaked this in just 15 overs. Among their bowling options, Gareth Delany has been reported to be the only excellent performer, who picked a wicket in 4 overs against 28 runs.
