T20 World Cup: Australia vs Afghanistan – Updates and Predictions

Cricket fans are gearing up for yet another battle of the T20 World Cup tournament on 4th November 2022. However, the face-off will be taking place between Australia and Afghanistan at the Adelaide Oval.

The team of Australia has till now managed to come out victorious in two matches of the World Cup. By far the team has been reported to grab the third position, as per points table of Super 12. The team is said to have an experienced batting unit but failed to come up with their best performance in the previous match. Among their batsmen, Rahmanullah Gurbaz was the highest scorer with 28 runs to his name out of 24 deliveries. Usman Ghani as well scored 27 runs from their side and destroyed 27 balls. Along with them, Ibrahim Zadran scored 22 runs on 18 balls, Najibullah scored 18 runs while the skipper, Mohammad Nabi scored 13 runs.

Also, the bowling options of Afghanistan comprises excellent bowlers like Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Fareed Ahmad Malik, Azmatullah Omarzai, and Gulbadin Naib. But as reported, they leaked the target of 145 runs in 18.3 overs.
